WindEurope's new chief lobbyist ready to tackle coming EU energy directive

This year, EU member states will debate a proposal for a new sustainable energy directive. Pierre Tardieu, new chief policy strategist for WindEurope, welcomes greater transparency but will lobby for more ambitious targets.
