Corbyn's cabinet will unleash the British energy revolution

Against all expectations, British Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn is now almost neck-and-neck in the polls with conservative Prime Minister Theresa May. A Labour win could see a transformation of the British energy sector.

An energy experiment of unprecedented global scale could be on the way to becoming a reality in the British Isles. Not only because the UK must reorient its energy policy in the wake of last year's decision to exit the EU. Now, there is also a strong possibility that amidst strong uncertainty about what an EU departure would look like, the UK could face a complete overhaul of its domestic policy, not least in the energy sector.

Ahead of the UK election Thursday, there is a big question mark as to whether the winner will be current Prime Minister, conservative Theresa May, or opposition leader and Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn.
