EU lowers price on Chinese solar modules by 35 percent
The EU is lowering the minimum price on Chinese solar panels, taking effect from Oct 1. The reduction is being carried out after an interim review of the development of reference prices on solar panels and modules and is being implemented in recognition of the declining production prices on solar power plants. The EU will gradually lower the price further until July 1 next year, according to the implementing regulation.
