Vestas secures first handful of Spanish projects

The wind turbine manufacturer has booked its first order from this spring's Spanish tender, where the customer has secured projects for eight times the 86 MW which has now been awarded to Vestas.

With five orders totalling 86 MW, Vestas has now returned to Spain. The wind turbine manufacturer must deliver an unspecified number of the turbines V110-2.0, V117-3.45 and V126-3.45 for projects to be installed in the second half of next year, announces Vestas.
