Vestas: Order frenzy puts major workload on US factories

The boilers are working hard at Vestas' factories in the US where the many orders on the last trading day of 2017 brought a busy start to this year.

Danish wind turbine manufacturer Vestas landed a series of orders after trading had closed in 2017 which amounted to total capacity of almost 1 GW.

A large portion of these orders are for the Canadian and US markets, which secures big volumes of work for the Vestas factories in US state Colorado.
