Vestas pockets Italian auction order

The wind turbine manufacturer demonstrates its strength in the tender system after being awarded an order from a new, though still familiar customer.

E.on has awarded Vestas an order of 57 MW in Italy. The wind turbine manufacturer will supply 19 of its V112-3.0 MW turbines to the Morcone project in the Benevento province, announces the Danish manufacturer after the German already utility released the news.
