Lawyers representing wind turbine maker Vestas are using a legal "nuclear bomb" in the firm's dispute with competitor General Electric in an attempt to pile on the risk for GE. This could be the first step toward a settlement in the battle between the two largest wind turbine manufacturers in the US, according to a US patent attorney.
