Danish development aid supports African wind farm

Denmark will send DKK 600 million (EUR 80.5 million) in the form of development aid to an upcoming wind farm near Addis Ababa in Ethiopia.

The Danish Minister for Development, Ulla Tørnæs has approved a DKK 600 million (EUR 80.5 million) co-financing of a wind farm construction project including up to 54 turbines, or 100 MW, near to Ethiopia's captial Addis Ababa.
