Ørsted almost doubles result

A big boost in wind power generation provided a great result for the energy company, which is upgrading its expectations for the year following the farm-down sale of Hornsea 1.

Ørsted has had a fantastic third quarter across the board. Revenue went forward by 27 percent to DKK 15 billion (EUR 2.01 billion), while the pre-tax result almost doubled from DKK 279 million in the same period last year to DKK 535 million in this quarter, reports Ørsted in its Q3 interim report.
