Lucrative offshore wind plans send Esvagt to the US

Danish offshore service company Esvagt wants to enter the US wind energy market and is in the process of finalizing a joint venture with a US-based company. The offshore company is seeking to substantially increase its revenue from servicing the offshore wind sector in the coming years, tells CEO Peter Lytzen to EnergyWatch's sister media, ShippingWatch.

Offshore service company Esvagt also wants to join other Danish companies foraying into the soon-to-boom US offshore wind market, for which Ørsted has most recently announced huge plans.
