Rapidly growing wind energy firm replaces CEO

K2 Management aims to continue recent years of growth and wants to double profitability ahead to 2021 under a new chief executive, who does not have much in the way of solar and wind energy on his otherwise extensive resumé. That is no hindrance, says board chair.

Danish K2 Management is getting a new chief executive. The firm, which provides consultancy services for solar and wind energy projects in particularly, has hired Danish utility Vestforsyning's CEO Jørn Zielke for the position, following Henrik Stamer's resignation in late October.
