A growing consumption of power as well as climate challenges are expected to boost the turbine industry, says Vestas CEO.

A significantly increasing energy consumption globally and climate challenges will provide strong growth rates for renewable energy in coming years – not least in the turbine industry, says Anders Runevad, CEO at Vestas, in connection with the company's presentation of its new turbine platform, which will initially consist of two 5.6 MW turbines.
