Plethora of potential PGE partners pondering Polish projects

After an initial round, 13 players remain in what looks set to be a battle to participate in Polish utility PGE's expansion of over two and a half GW of offshore wind.

There seems to be strong interest in Polish offshore wind. 13 companies have responded positively to a targeted contract announcement issued by state-owned Polish utility PGE in December with the intention of finding a partner for its offshore wind projects in the Baltic Sea, the company announced.
