Vestas CEO: "We are clearly overtaking our competitors"

Despite a particularly good overview of the coming year, Vestas continues to operate with relatively broad earnings, which at best reaches the producer's minimum size for the future.

Both 2018 and 2019 are transition years. As turbine manufacturers braced for difficulties as many global wind markets shifted to tender regimes, things look set to stabilize. However, the wounds are still fresh, in the form of projects with poor margins to be executed this year announced by Vestas and other manufacturers.
