European Energy has signed an agreement for the sale of a Danish wind farm with a total capacity of 18MW, writes the company in a press release.
The buyer is an anonymous German investor and the release does not disclose the price of the wind farm.
"The sale of the wind farm has been a good start of 2019. We still experience much interest in our projects among institutional investors, and we are confident that we can build on the momentum we created in our different business areas," says Knud Erik Andersen, CEO of European Energy.
The wind farm is located in Ringkøbing-Skjern, south-western Denmark. It was commissioned in early 2018 and consists of six Vestas V136-3.6 MW turbines.
The German investor only acquires five of the turbines, while the last remains under European Energy's ownership.
