CIP commissions biomass plant in the UK

Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners has just commissioned a biomass-fired power plant in the UK. The facility's construction was more difficult than anticipated, says CIP partner.

Danish developer Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) is now able supply biomass-fired electricity from its newly completed Templeborough Biomass Power Plant to around 78,00 South Yorkshire households near Rotherham, CIP announced in a press statement Friday.
