GE announces ten Spanish orders

The US conglomerate launches a remote operation center in Barcelona and announces Spanish orders totaling 342 MW.

Spain is one of GE's main European focus areas. This became apparent two years ago after the US wind turbine manufacturer announced it has been nominated to supply 1.5 GW to projects that the relatively unknown project developer, Forestalia, had secured in Spain's first tender – projects GE also became involved with financially.
