The US's wind energy pipeline set another record during the first quarter of 2018. Almost 40 GW are either in installation or under development, the highest level to date. During the first quarter, new projects totaling 6,146 MW were announced – also a record, shows American Wind Energy Association's (AWEA) latest quarterly report.
