Subsea 7 wins big wind contract with Ørsted

Subsea 7 has won a large contract for laying 420 kilometers of copper cables between wind turbines in UK offshore wind farm Hornsea 2 for Ørsted subsidiary Optimus Wind.

Subsea 7 will have to bring out its big cable reels ahead of a new contract with Danish utility Ørsted's UK subsidiary Optimus Wind.
