Rhode Island tender undersubscribed, rejects offshore wind bids

Ørsted has been riding the big wave that is US offshore wind. However, after having won 1.1 GW from New Jersey and then 880 MW from New York, the Danish utility seems to have missed out on the third, smaller renewable energy tender for up to 400 MW in Rhode Island.
