A.P. Møller gets approval for KK Wind Solutions acquisition
Antitrust authorities have given the green light to A.P. Møller Holding's purchase of wind sector supplier KK Wind Solutions.

A.P. Møller Holding is now officially a part of the wind energy industry. Following a simplified case processing, the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority granted approval on Wednesday to the holding company's takeover of KK Wind Solutions Holding ApS, the authority informs in a statement.
