Siemens Gamesa negotiates Senvion asset purchase

The German-Spanish wind OEM is in exclusive talks with Senvion to buy selected parts of Senvion's European onshore wind activities.

Siemens Gamesa is in exclusive, non-binding negotiations with Senvion concerning certain parts of Senvion's European onshore wind activities, the German-Spanish wind OEM informs in a statement to Spain's stock market regulator Monday morning.
