Scatec Solar starts major equity emission

The Norwegian solar developer wants more equity to boost growth.

Norwegian photovoltaic farm developer Scatec Solar is executing a private placement equity emission of up to 11.375 billion shares, corresponding to roughly 10 percent of the enterprise.
