Ørsted plans to divest 25 percent of US offshore wind project

Ørsted enters negotiations on selling one fourth of its US offshore wind project Ocean Wind to a US company.

Danish utility Ørsted and US-based Public Service Enterprise Group (PSEG) initiate exclusive negotiations aiming for the latter to get on board as an equity investor in the former's Ocean Wind project, Ørsted informs in a company announcement.
