Former Suzlon suitor finds new target in India

The Canadian investment management firm Brookfield has replaced Goldman Sachs as a leading investor in India's largest wind farm. Elsewhere in the country, turbine companies report huge sales of new turbines.

Things have been quiet at debt-plagued Suzlon in the run up to the release of its quarterly financial report. But neither that, nor the generally unstable situation in the Indian wind market, means that nothing is happening within the country's enormous renewable energy market.
