Northland enters joint venture in Japan

Canada's Northland Power plans to develop offshore wind projects totaling 600 MW with Japanese partner.

Another Western player docks in Japan planning to establish offshore wind farms. Canadian energy company Northland Power has entered joint venture Chiba Offshore Wind with Japanese firm Shizen Energy. The partners have project plans amounting to a total capacity of 600 MW, they inform.
