France moves closer to 1GW offshore wind tender
In extension of France's 10-year plan, the state has now submitted a proposal for a 1GW offshore wind farm off the coast of Normandy.
France's next big offshore wind farm is now underway, writes the Ministry for the Ecological and Inclusive Transition [whose domain also includes energy affairs, -ed.], informing that it will begin to hold public hearings on the project.
