UK onshore wind dives for second consecutive year

The volume of new onshore wind capacity in the UK installed in 2019 didn't even match the preceding year's build-out. A domestic trade association is now concerned about about Britain's mid-century zero-emissions target.

Only 629 MW new onshore wind capacity were installed during 2019 in the UK against 651 MW in the year prior.
