Vattenfall hired to balance Finnish firm's wind fleet output

The Swedish utility has entered an agreement and will now be responsible for balancing and trading the electricity output from Tuuliwatti's entire fleet of wind turbines.

As of Jan. 1, 2020, Swedish utility Vattenfall has assumed responsibility for tasks spanning from compiling prognoses, energy trading and electrical load balancing for Finnish wind developer Tuuliwatti's turbines in Finland, Vattenfall writes about the agreement, which has a term of five years.
