After a ten-year period with no progress made on gender representation in leading positions, the OEM caps the male executive prerogative at 70 percent.

Electricity churned from wind turbines is essentially a gender-neutral commodity – at least alternating current periodically reverses direction. However, behind these electrons lays the inert fact that the renewable energy industry remains a male-dominated field, irrespective of whether we're talking about factory staff dressed in boiler suits, jeans-clad middle management or the suits behind executive desks.
