Vestas collects order from Mexican PPA-backed project
The Danish wind OEM has received an EPC order from a Mexican project supported by a PPA.
Precisely one year ago, the carpet was ripped out from under the wind sector in Mexico when the country's new government canceled the fourth energy auction, which had initially been postponed from the prior November.
