Danish wind manufacture continues despite corona shutdown

Vestas, Siemens Gamesa and MHI Vestas all maintain their production in Denmark at normal levels.

While many workplaces in Denmark are currently shutting down, this doesn't apply to the wind industry – at least not the part of the industry that requires employees to be physically present for constructing, installing and servicing wind turbines. The majority of the far above 10,000 employees at Vestas, Siemens Gamesa and MHI Vestas as such continue their work without fail, the companies tell EnergyWatch.
