Nordex banks on major growth – but fears Covid-19

The German wind OEM sets its sights on boosting sales by 50 percent and ending the year with a solid operating profit after several years of presenting red bottom-line figures.

As revealed earlier in March, Nordex exited 2019 with another red bottom-line entry. Despite raising revenue by a third to roughly EUR 3.3 billion, the operating result grew by only 22 percent to EUR 123.8 million, while the profit ended in a deficit of EUR 80 million.
