Focusing on professional installation and an easy-to-grasp platform, Otovo has had success selling solar cells to private customers in Norway, Sweden, Spain and France. Now, the company launches solar cell leasing, but it will be a while before the Norwegian company dares enter an inflamed Danish market.

It's all about getting with the times, and amid economic turmoil, Norwegian solar company Otovo has decided to dust off a business model that proved effective during the financial crisis: leasing solar panels to private customers.
