Swedish wind energy sets new record

During the past 12 months, Sweden generated 25 TWh from wind turbines for the first time, while this past week the country managed its 100th week as a net power exporter.

Sweden's wind energy is booming and last week passed the milestone 25 TWh in power generation over a year, writes domestic wind lobby Swedenergy in its latest update on week 31.
