European Energy begins test project off Danish coast

The project developer has started installing two MHI Vestas units in surplus from a German offshore wind farm to double the capacity of a test center.

Another two offshore wind turbines will soon adorn the waters off the Port of Esbjerg, Denmark. In its half-year interim report on Monday, European Energy reveals it's begun installing project Måde II of 16.8 MW – a project that will consist of two MHI Vestas V164-8.4MW units.
