Floating solar to be explored in new Danish report as global market opens

The Danish Energy Agency will look into whether floating solar can be incorporated into the country's offshore wind plans. Initially, the technology's domestic potential is next to nothing, but a project developer has big plans.

The future is floating, not only in a philosophical or for that matter climate dystopian sense – but also in terms of energy technology, including both the budding giant potential of floating offshore wind as well as that of buoyant solar farms.
