Novo Nordisk to suppliers: Switch to green power or lose us as a customer

Major pharmaceutical company Novo Nordisk now tells its 60,000 suppliers that they must both use 100 percent green electricity in production and transport of their products as of 2030. Otherwise they will lose Novo Nordisk as customer.

The 60,000 companies that supply materials, products and services to Novo Nordisk will by 2030 have to ensure that the delivery to Novo Nordisk is performed in a manner that is CO2-neutral, or they will lose Novo Nordisk as customer.
