GE's offshore wind turbine grows another megawatt

The world's largest offshore wind turbine model just become even more powerful after Equinor and SSE have settled on their model selection.

The first upgrade of GE's coming Haliade-X wind turbines is now a reality as the manufacturer has received an order for its offshore model in an upgraded 13-MW version after Equinor and SSE Renewables settled their model nomination for the first stages of the Dogger Bank project.
