Siemens Gamesa wins supply deal for big Norwegian wind farm

Norway's Nord-Odal region will soon host 34 wind turbines made by Siemens Gamesa. Power utility Akershus Energi and pension group KLP have signed a supply contract valued at NOK 1 billion (EUR 90 million) with the German-Spanish company. The 34 units will be installed at two wind projects, Songkjølen and Engerfjelle, Akershus Energi writes in a press statement.
