Siemens Gamesa CEO: Of course we have a preferred president

Andreas Nauen looks forward to having a result of both the US presidential election and the protracted permit process on the US offshore wind market. He expects several projects to switch to bigger turbines.

With a current market share of 10-12 percent, Siemens Gamesa isn't the wind turbine maker most dependent on the US. Nevertheless, the stock of parent company Siemens Energy has in recent days followed the same trend as Vestas, with the US accounting for nearly half of the most recent quarter's deliveries.
