European Energy takes GE along to Lithuania

New energy projects are all the rage these days in Lithuania. Given, mainly taking the form of the nuclear power station in Astravyets, commissioned last week 50 kilometers outside of Vilnius on the other side of the Belarusian border, but which was shut down a few days later after an "incident" took place. Meanwhile, the Lithuanian government has passed out iodine tablets to local residents as a precaution against potential radiation leaks.
