RWE divests Vestas projects

German utility RWE is divesting Texan wind farms. A subsidiary of Canada's Algonquin Power takes over 51 percent of the shares in projects Stella, Cranell, East and West Raymond totaling 861 MW for USD 600 million, which thereby corresponds to a value of USD 1.4 million per MW, RWE states.
