Boskalis acquires competitor

The Dutch offshore company expects to have earned back the purchase price in three years thanks to synergistic effects.

Boskalis is the new owner of Rever Offshore's subsea service business.

The services cover such areas as construction, inspection, repairs and maintenance. With the acquisition come two vessels as well, of which one is owned tonnage, Rever Polaris, and the other is chartered, Rever Topaz.
