Hitecvision buys into Norwegian hydropower

Stavanger-based investment firm Hitecvision buys a 3.67-percent stake in Haugaland Kraft in order to add more renewable energy to its portfolio.

Hitecvision, Norway's largest private equity firm, wants a bigger piece of the country's energy sector. Now, at the start of the year, this ambition is emphasized by a smaller stake purchase in Haugaland Kraft, while additional energy acquisitions are on the drawing board, reports Montel.
