Siemens Gamesa, Siemens Energy pursue offshore wind with built-in electrolysis

In the coming years, Siemens Energy and Siemens Gamesa will work together to develop an integrated hydrogen production system in an offshore wind turbine.

Siemens Gamesa and its majority shareholder, Siemens Energy, are launching a joint project to develop an integrated hydrogen production system for an offshore wind turbine, here the OEM's most high-powered offering, the model SG 14-222 DD.
