Canadian group buys majority stake in wind developer

Two big shareholders of a Swedish wind developer and operator sell their stakes due to a "shift in strategic focus" to the third main equity owner, which thereby acquires a complete majority.

Rabbalshede Kraft will henceforth have just one big shareholder. Swedish real estate group Ernst Rosén and renewable energy investor Treïs are selling their stakes to Canadian infrastructure fund TD Greystone, which thereby boosts its equity interest from 35 to 87 percent.
