Wind becoming second-largest energy source in Sweden

Increased focus on renewable energy sources and bigger investments push wind to the top of the list, says the Swedish Wind Energy Association.

It might not be surprising that recent years have seen quite an increase in wind energy on Swedish soil. Nevertheless, the Swedish Wind Energy Association (SWEA) is now confident that wind could become the second-largest energy source in the country within the next few years.
