Vattenfall selects Aker Solutions, Siemens Energy for 3.6 GW in North Sea

The utility chooses the companies as preferred bidders on one of the world's largest wind farms off the coast of Norfolk.

A consortium consisting of Aker Solutions and Siemens Energy was chosen by Vattenfall as preferred bidder on converter platforms for two Norfolk offshore wind projects lying in the North Sea.
