EDP sets sights on 50 renewable GW by 2030

The Portuguese power company plans to quit coal within the next four years, and the group's portfolio will exclusively feature renewable energy by the end of this decade.

Portuguese utility EDP has plenty of green ambition, and as is the case with many utilities in recent times, EDP has plans to dial up on renewables and to cut back on fossil energy.
